Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Single treatments, at home or in the studio. A £15 booking fee confirms your appointment. It comes off the price, so the balance is paid on the day.
  • Packages. Paid in full when you book, and valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
  • Changes and cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment, and there is nothing to pay.
  • Late cancellations and missed appointments. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and appointments no one is there for, mean the £15 booking fee is not refunded.

Life happens. If something urgent comes up, message on WhatsApp and we will do our best to work it out with you.
